In-Office Coaching and Training
Each office offers weekly ongoing education opportunities sponsored by the office managers. Our managers are non-selling brokers and their sole focus is on the agents, not competing with them in the field, giving managers more opportunity to focus on agent training. Examples of in-office training include speakers from our family of services, as well as technology experts to keep you knowledgeable and competitive in the real estate field.

Continuing Education and Certification Classes
Once you’ve passed your Real Estate Exam, you will be required to take 12 hours of Continuing Education during every 2-year license renewal period. ReeceNichols offers free in-house Continuing Education courses and are the only private company in Kansas City offering designation classes.

Certified ReeceNichols Consultant
The Certified ReeceNichols Consultant designation is offered exclusively to ReeceNichols agents. The program consists of more than 10 advanced classes covering: prospecting; engaging with sellers and buyers; open houses; dialogue and objection handling; business planning; goal setting and many more relevant issues for today’s real estate professional. After completing 10 courses, agents receive the CRNC designation, the CRNC lapel pin and a $500 bonus on their next closed transaction.
